Did you ever hear employees talk about this topic at work?

You might hear employees or co-workers questioning someone's level of self awarenes after witnessing bad behavior at work. Most employees try to rationalize why a manager is so clueless and cannot see how their behavior negatively impacts morale. Manager "A" or "B" must know they are doing this, right? Maybe not.
